Finding a coach was the turning point. Training helped me reconnect with my body and rebuild my energy, confidence and drive. I found structure, discipline and a sense of control I hadn’t felt in years.
What started as a way to feel better became a passion. I fell in love with the process and eventually stepped on stage as a natural bodybuilder. But more importantly, I discovered how powerful it is to start showing up for yourself.
