At Lift Inner West, our programs for older adults are designed to support strength, mobility, and vitality through all stages of life. We focus on building functional strength to improve posture, alleviate pain, and support joint health, ideal for managing conditions like menopause, arthritis, and osteoporosis. Our approach combines low-impact strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and flexibility work to keep you energised and moving with ease.

Heart health and endurance are key parts of our training, with activities like walking and cycling to boost energy and overall wellbeing. Our dedicated trainers create tailored programs to help you stay active, independent, and empowered to enjoy life fully.

As a senior citizen, the training at LIFT from Cathy, my personal trainer, has been aged appropriate and encouraging. The intensity of exercises are gradually increased at a pace I can cope with. There is a wholesome approach to maintaining total body fitness.
The staff are friendly, professional and easy to communicate with.
