Throughout his career, Kris has become a passionate advocate for prioritising health, no matter how small the effort. As a father of three, Kris understands the challenges Lift clients face, balancing work, family, and personal well-being. Running a growing business while raising kids has shown him the importance of carving out time for fitness and self-care. This personal experience shapes his empathetic approach, helping clients find practical ways to stay active and healthy, even with busy schedules.
