I was already quite active and working out before seeing Kris, but wanted to get professional advice and finetune my routines. Kris has definitely helped me do this and has been very responsive to me explaining my needs, quirks and goals. Beyond this, I’ve found the little things you don’t really think about super helpful – grabbing weights for me, keeping track of rest between sets.

Joining Lift has been one of the best things I’ve done for my health in a long time. Kris really focuses on the individual – he sets easy to follow programs with just the right level of difficulty such that sessions are challenging – but I still feel energised and keen to come back for the next one. I love the gym fitout and the focus on lifting and getting strong. I also am grateful for his advice, wisdom and banter in between sets. I’ve fallen into the trap of quick-fix two month challenges, only for them to fall apart when life gets in the way. Here, I’m slowly learning to be kind and patient with myself and start to build positive long term habits.
