Kris Mount began his personal training career in 2008, working with a diverse range of clients—from professional athletes and weekend warriors to parents and individuals at every stage of their fitness journey. Throughout his career, Kris has become a passionate advocate for prioritising health, no matter how small the effort. He believes that every milestone—no matter how modest—is a victory worth celebrating.

As a father of three, Kris understands the challenges Lift clients face—balancing work, family, and personal well-being. Running a growing business while raising kids has shown him the importance of carving out time for fitness and self-care. This personal experience shapes his empathetic approach, helping clients find practical ways to stay active and healthy, even with busy schedules.

At Lift Inner West, Kris brings his expertise as a personal trainer in the Inner West to every session. His philosophy of mindset, movement, and motivation is central to his approach.
