Personal Trainer

Cathy Lloyd-Prowse

Certified Personal Trainer · 15+ years experience
With over 15 years in the industry, Cathy specialises in supporting women through menopause and working with NDIS participants. Her approach goes beyond the session, building resilience, confidence and a healthier relationship with movement.

I've spent more than 15 years as a personal trainer, and the work closest to my heart is supporting women through menopause and working alongside NDIS participants. Those years have taught me to see the whole person in front of me, not just the workout on the page.

‍

For me, fitness has never been about the hour we spend training. It's about enriching your life and building resilience that carries you through everything else. I believe with my whole heart that everyone deserves to feel their best, whatever their physical or cognitive ability, and every session I run is built on that belief: supportive, adaptive and empowering.

‍

When you train with me, you get more than a trainer. I'll be your mentor, your advocate and your partner as we find a balance of health and happiness that lasts.
