Personal Trainer

Daniel Walsh

Bachelor of Sports & Exercise Science · Certified Personal Trainer · Strength & Conditioning
Daniel recently completed a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science and brings a strength and conditioning focus to his coaching. He builds programs around foundational movement patterns and evidence based training, in a space where clients feel safe, respected and looked after.

Sport and fitness have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I've recently completed my Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science. I pride myself on communicating clearly and bringing an approach to every client that feels considered and refreshing. I want you to leave each session with more than a completed workout. I want you to understand how healthy habits are built, how your body moves, and how it all connects to your goals.

‍

I also know how daunting it can be to walk back into a gym after a layoff or an injury. That's why creating a space where you feel safe, respected and looked after matters so much to me.

‍

I believe building resilience and positive change through movement is the key to healthy ageing. We'll work together on your mobility, stability and strength, keeping everything safe, structured and effective. My goal is to be the encouraging voice in your corner, setting you up for long term success in both body and mind.
