I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise Science at UTS, and I’m passionate about turning my knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics into real-world results. I focus on functional movement and longevity, while creating a training environment that feels safe, enjoyable and empowering to progress in.

I’m incredibly interested in your goals, as well as the things that may be standing in the way of achieving them. Through a collaborative approach, I’ll create and deliver a training program that works around the tricky parts of life without sacrificing results.
